Using an Alternate Shipper
If using an alternate shipper, ownership of the wine transfers to the customer in California. The customer is responsible for making arrangements with the chosen shipper.
On the day your wine ships, you will receive an automatic email containing tracking information and instructions. If you have difficulty tracking your order after receiving this email, please contact Eighty Four Wines and we will be happy to assist you.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Shipping & Handling charges are noted during the check-out process. All costs charged to customers are the actual costs.
Multiple Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to receive the package, two subsequent attempts to deliver will be made. Wine orders require an adult signature, so whenever possible, we strongly encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time.
Benefits of Using a Commerical Delivery Address
We strongly encourage you to provide us, whenever possible, with a commercial address for the delivery of your order. Wine orders require the signature of an adult.
